ソードの7 Seven of Swords
Waite はソードの7を、五本の剣を急いで持ち去る男と地面に残る二本の剣、近くの野営地の図柄とし、正位置の意味に企図、試み、願い、希望、自信のほか、口論や失敗するかもしれない計画も挙げ、諸々の意味が大きく食い違うため図柄の意味は不確かだと述べている。逆位置には良い忠告、助言、教示、中傷、おしゃべりを置いている。
